The Tuneriders at Vino Godfather @ Vino Godfather Winery | Philadelphia | Pennsylvania | United States

Beloved East Bay band, The Tuneriders, debuts in Vallejo at Vino Godfather Winery on Saturday, October 19 from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm on historic Mare Island. The Tuneriders are well-known to Benicia, playing the First St. Cafe every month and at Lucca’s Beer Garden.
The Tuneriders play the greatest classic rock melodies from the 60s and 70s with select 80s and 90s songs sprinkled in.
The Tuneriders play songs from the Beatles, Beach Boys, Cream, Eagles, Tom Petty, Rolling Stones, Roy Orbison, Van Morrison, Dire Straits, Steve Miller Band, Dave Clark Five, Jimi Hendrix, David Bowie, Hall & Oates, Jackson Brown, Tal Bachman, The Hollies, Mamas & Papas, The Turtles, Young Rascals, Chubby Checker and Elvis Presley and more.
Teenage screamer, guitarist and front man Rick Abbott belts out Beatles tunes and blues, on lead guitar and vocals, well-known guitarist Ken Cooper’s precision guitar licks are second only to his melodic tenor leads.
On acoustic bass, Duane Campbell drives the rhythm bringing his blues and jazz background and deep baritone to the group. Guest artist and drummer Alan Thiele (formerly of The Buzztones with guitarist Cooper) round out this fall outdoor gig.
Advance tickets are only $15 – with a complimentary glass of wine. Tickets are $20 at the door. The event is family-friendly with a huge lawn, tables and a large dance floor. All children must purchase a ticket, only “babes in arms” will be allowed in for free.
Vino Godfather’s wines – many local – will be available by the bottle or glass. A gourmet food truck will be onsite, non-alcoholic beverages will be available at reasonable prices. No outside food is allowed but guests may bring blankets for the lawn.
Vino Godfather is located on the historic Mare Island with plenty of safe, free parking.
