The Humane Society of the North Bay is hosting a gala, Going Country for Cats & Canines, at The Empress Theatre and Lounge in Vallejo California on Saturday, September 16th. Country music will be performed by the California Cowboys in the Empress Theater. Enjoy line dancing lessons by Heidi Dee and an adoptable dog parade. Heavy appetizers (enough to fill you up) will be provided by Provisions from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM.
Buy a VIP ticket for early access at 5:30 PM and enjoy a delicious boxed country dinner provided by Provisions with seating in the Empress Lounge. VIPs get an early jump on the crowd and will be the first to fill their cowboy boot mug with beer from Mare Island Brewery and view the silent and live auction items. The finale to the evening will be a live auction hosted by MC Richard Freedman and Auctioneer Michael Wilson.
