BENICIA’S 4TH OF JULY WEEKEND

City of Benicia Advertorial

It’s back! After a two-year hiatus, Benicia’s beloved 4th of July celebration is returning in a big way. When you think “4th of July,” barbecues, fireworks and parades come to mind. And that’s what you can expect this year. A fun filled parade, events, music, a drone sky show and, of course, fireworks. The barbeque is up to you!

JULY 3RD

The much-loved Torchlight Parade will stretch along First Street and it will include everything fun in Benicia: dancers, floats, bands, local groups, and all kinds of entertainment. The parade begins at 6:30pm and lasts about two hours. This year, the parade is followed by Pedrotti Ace Hardware’s Centennial celebration which starts at 8pm with rock band East Bay Mudd on the mainstage at the waterfront. As soon as it’s dark, a spectacular drone performance begins.

JULY 4TH

Begin your 4th festivities at the Street Fair Festival on Benicia’s waterfront. The Waterfront Fair will include art, crafts, vendors, and food. Linger until the sun sets and enjoy the firework extravaganza.
