Arts Benicia is hosting a 60s party and you are invited! “The 60s Experience: Mad Men to Magical Mystery Tour” is the theme—so if you identify with Don Draper or Wavy Gravy, this is the place to be. Saturday, September 19th, 6:30pm at the Benicia Clock Tower—be there or be square!
Arts Benicia’s 23rd annual Art Auction & Gala will be a festive event, featuring silent and live art auctions with outstanding works of art by leading local and regional artists, party packages, savory hors d’oeuvres and delectable desserts from First St. Cafe, fine wines and designer drinks served by the Rellik Tavern, live dancing with music by DJ Skate, and lots more. This is Arts Benicia’s signature event of the year. So join in the fun with other cool cats, beach bums, freaks and hippies to celebrate the 1960s and help raise much needed funds for Arts Benicia’s cultural and educational programs.
Arts Benicia’s mission is to “stimulate, educate, and nurture” cultural life in our community. At our art center and gallery in the Arsenal and throughout town at various business and civic locations, Arts Benicia presents dynamic exhibitions and offers creative classes and public programs for youth, adults, and families.
